Fractals and Spacescapes, oh my! 
Apophysis 2.02i, tweaked spiralize script, triangle fiddling, some subtle postwork to eliminate jaggies and add to the "spin" effect a little, and text/border done in Photoshop 7.0.
It reminded me a little of QUANTUM DREAMSCAPE, hence the Quantum in the title.
