When Fangirls Attack by DeepChrome When Fangirls Attack by DeepChrome
Oh dear.

Somebody let the fangirls into Aperture. It was probably Wheatley, given he's dense enough to take any reason to get inside as a good one. Now we have to ask who let him work as a guard...?

Anyways the girl in the front is me. I guess GLaDOS ran out of people to turn to (Chell wasn't talking cause she threw her out, Companion Cube doesn't talk and can't help, Wheatley's a moron, etc) for help with this particular situation.

And to be honest, I'm not sure how to properly get a bunch of super-rabid fangirls off of GLaDOS? I mean...they obviously sabotaged both the turrets and the neurotoxin emitters before getting in here.

I had fun shading this one - used basically black and the turquoise background, then went at it with Gradient Mapping, which is a fun way in Photoshop to quick-color something if you're feeling derpy, lazy or just plain bored.

It was fun drawing the robot form of GLaDOS again. Sometimes we get too caught up in drawing our humanizations.

GLaDOS is copyright to Valve.

I didn't intend for these fangirls to be anybody in particular. Any resemblance to yourselves or anyone you know is the product of a deranged imagination not the artist's own. :D Because I don't believe in coincidences.

It's actually quite easy. All you need to do is introduce another, more mobile object of affection for them to latch on to. I find that Gordon Freeman works quite well in this department.
If that fails, you may want to deploy your emergency OOC Glados (EOOCG). This handy little decoy will take part in romantic activities with chell and/or Wheatley, luring the rabid fangirls away from the real deal.

Oh, GLaDOS' chassis has some very pretty and elegant curves. And that rear plate is a touch on the wide side in the back - like an hourglass figure. Thus the remarks. :D

I'm trying not to leave comment spam, but I LOVE the way you've done her eye lens here. That's the most expressive non-human GLaDOS I've seen. (And is actually way more expressive than most of the human versions I've doodled. XD)

Thank you! :D I really tried to get those right.

I love drawing her chasiss form, and I think from watching way too many GIFs, YouTubes, and playing Poker Night 2, I've gotten an even better handle on her expressions. For robots, pretty much every robot in Portal except the turrets, are pretty expressive despite being well....mostly simplified robots. Wheatley is a metal ball, and he's ridiculously articulated. Same for GLaDOS. No lips or eyebrows, but that doesn't stop her from really conveying her emotions quite well. :D

(PS. These are really my older stuff. My newer stuff is scattered all over my Tumblr's archives under #GLaDOS...)

Just give them a healthy dose of neurotoxin, that ought to get rid of them... forever.
